With the completion of this complete restaurant renovation, Barcelona adds a new dining venue specialised in Korean BBQ from the Busan brand, developed through the complete renovation of a 350 m² premises, executed within a 12-week timeframe.
The work carried out by Grupo Cubic has been marked by a high level of technical demand, characteristic of this type of restaurant, where proper management of smoke, heat and ventilation is decisive for the operation of the business and the comfort of customers. The project required exhaustive planning of the installations, as well as careful integration of the technical systems into the final design of the premises.
During execution, all the work needed to transform the space into a fully operational restaurant was coordinated, with particular attention paid to the layout of the dining room, kitchen and service areas. Each construction solution adopted responds to the real operational needs of a Korean BBQ restaurant, prioritising safety, efficiency and durability.
With the completion of the works, the premises are now ready to begin operations in a functional environment, consistent with their culinary concept and adapted to intensive use from day one.
