At Cubic General Contractor we are executing the remodel of the 290 m² Desoriente vegan restaurant, located on Calle Valencia, Barcelona. This project aims to create a space that combines design, sustainability and functionality, reflecting the brand’s innovative values and offering a unique experience to its customers.
The restaurant remodel currently underway focuses on bringing to life an environment that speaks the same language as vegan cuisine: natural, conscious and modern. Work is being done on the redistribution of spaces to improve circulation, the incorporation of eco-friendly materials and the creation of an atmosphere that invites guests to enjoy a complete dining experience.
Strategic redistribution: reorganisation of dining, bar and kitchen areas to optimise restaurant operations.
Ambient lighting: installation of dimmable LED systems that will provide warmth and efficiency.
Sustainable finishes: integration of natural materials in keeping with the venue’s vegan philosophy.
Upgraded installations: modernisation of electrical, HVAC and plumbing networks, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort.
The works are progressing with the aim of delivering a space that faithfully represents the identity of Desoriente, blending design, functionality and sustainability. Soon, Barcelona will have a new benchmark in vegan dining, where every detail of the environment will complement the restaurant’s culinary proposal.
