From CUBIC Estudi d’Enginyeria, we announce our participation in a significant sustainability project together with PortAventura World. We have collaborated on the planning and execution of a 4 MW photovoltaic plant, designed to meet the energy needs of the theme park.
In collaboration with PortAventura World and COBRA Instalaciones y Servicios, we have installed 5,500 photovoltaic modules in pergolas specially designed for parking spaces. This innovative approach makes use of available space and promotes the generation of clean, sustainable energy.
With an investment of 3 million euros, this project reflects the commitment of both PortAventura World and CUBIC Estudi d’Enginyeria to the transition towards cleaner, renewable energy sources.
The photovoltaic plant has been operational since 15 January 2024. Our collaboration has led to an important milestone on PortAventura World’s path towards sustainability, reducing the park’s environmental footprint and demonstrating the power of collaboration between companies to promote a more sustainable future.
At CUBIC Estudi d’Enginyeria, we remain committed to promoting innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients, contributing to a greener, more equitable world for all.
We are thrilled by the positive impact of this initiative and hope to inspire others to join us on the journey towards a more sustainable future.
