We are currently carrying out the complete renovation of the installations at the ODDA aesthetic clinic, located on Carrer de Diputació, Barcelona, with a total area of 697.59 m².
This project poses a very specific challenge: adapting the technical infrastructure of a large healthcare space to the highest standards of efficiency, comfort and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for patients and professionals.
Electrical and lighting installation: design and execution of electrical systems and luminaires that provide efficiency and a warm atmosphere, with attention to every aesthetic detail.
Plumbing installation: complete refurbishment of water and sanitation networks, designed for the intensive use typical of a modern clinic.
Advanced HVAC: implementation of an HVAC system that maintains a uniform and controlled temperature in all areas.
Ventilation with heat recovery: installation of air renewal systems with energy recovery, ensuring air quality and optimising energy consumption.
In environments like an aesthetic clinic, technical design must serve well-being and functionality. For this reason, every decision made in this project seeks to create a safe, hygienic and comfortable environment that also contributes to the operational efficiency of the centre.
