At Grupo Cubic, we have completed the remodel of the Desoriente vegan restaurant, a restaurant project in which technical and operational considerations were key from the start.
The works included the coordinated execution of all the tasks required for a restaurant of these characteristics, paying special attention to space layout, installations and the relationship between kitchen and dining room. The objective has been to create a functional, efficient premises prepared for intensive use, meeting the regulatory requirements of the sector.
The result is a restaurant ready to begin operations, where every construction decision responds to the real operational needs and the proper day-to-day functioning of the premises.
